The e–Services Global Sourcing Conference and Exhibition, 2008 saw Sunil Mirani – CEO, Ugam Research Solutions address the audience on “India – the rocket science of Knowledge Process Outsourcing”. He was invited to speak at the event held in Manila in February 2008. The Philippine Department of Trade and Industry had invited the prime movers in the outsourcing business from all over the world.

With the theme, “Outsourcing Centers of Excellence”, it included presentations and panel discussions by industry experts from “centers of excellence” in specific outsourcing areas such as the Philippines, India, America, Vietnam, China and Europe.
