Ugam Research has two international market research telephone facilities: London and Mumbai.
The London and Mumbai Telephone Research facilities have a combined capacity of 120 seats. We conduct Consumer, Healthcare and B2B research using CATI and mixed–mode research solutions in English and multi–language studies studies globally.
Our interviewer panel consists of over 400 interviewers covering English and all major European languages. We believe that smart, well–trained and motivated interviewers are the most important element of a quality CATI Centre.
We work with partner agencies in a number of countries worldwide and connect seamlessly to our London operation offering truly global coverage.
The presence of native language speakers from around the world also allows us to have among the best quality checking procedures that can be performed collectively from a single site.
London and Mumbai centres work in parallel, in real time, allowing management and quality control to be standardized across both sites.
We assign a senior Quality Manager, based in London or Mumbai, along with a dedicated telephone data collection training team. Both centres operate to the codes of conduct of The UK Market Research Society and ESOMAR. The London office is also externally audited by IQCS (Interviewer Quality Control Scheme).
