Ugam Research is adept at providing consumer research panel support services in multiple languages in-house. Our consumer research panel team consists of over sixty case managers who are responsible for providing an excellent quality service and timely support to panel members.

The team is made up of technically skilled case managers, all trained to offer a high level of technical and reassuring support.

Our consumer research panel team provides:

  • inbound telephone help desk
  • answering questions and providing real time support and reassurances via telephone agents to panel members. Much of this support is technical in nature
  • inbound e-mail help desk
  • reviewing inbound e-mails; answering questions and providing support via e-mail response to panel members
  • outbound telephone prompting and reminders
  • outbound telephone calls to panel members to assist in connection (ensuring activation after recruitment), missed survey prompts, attempts to retrieve device from panel members who no longer actively take surveys, and reminders to take current surveys
  • IVR prompting
    • IVR campaigns aimed at prompting panel members (among those who have recently missed taking surveys) to continue participation, and reminders to take specific surveys
  • support for commercial/client work
  • reminder calls (in-person or IVR), scheduling follow-up interviews with consumer research panel members
