Project Manager
The Project Manager would be responsible for the management and implementation of Domestic and International data collection and preparation of market research data; from the provision of the questionnaire to the delivery of the final deliverables.
The Project Manager would also be responsible for a broad range of complex market research, administrative, and technical activities. The position requires management and facilitation among the various internal departments and external agencies involved in the project. Also managing all aspects of specific client relationships including: client management, proposal generation, project initiation, scheduling, quality checks, and managing field activities to ensure that projects are completed within established budgets, parameters and schedule, posting field status reports, coordinating with other Service Line staff.
With minimal supervision from a senior team member/manager, the expectation for a Project Manger is to manage all aspects of the internal business process such as:

- All administrative tasks
- project initiation, project scheduling
- Secure vendors (if necessary) and provide project details
- Review project materials and project plan
- Managing all field activities to ensure that projects are completed within established budgets, parameters and schedule
- Monitoring field status reports
- Understanding the data requirements
- Checking data and proofreading deliverables
- Coordinating with internal and external departments/agencies
- Developing and maintaining client relationships
- Developing and maintaining quality and productivity standards for all projects
- Communicating with internal sales staff and service lines and function as the single point of contact
Skills Required :
- The Project Manager must have strong Domestic and International Marketing research skills and knowledge.
- This position requires exceptional communication skills, ability to work independently, self-directed, strong work ethic and adherence to deadlines.
- Also he should have proven technical skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and related computer software packages along with excellent organizational abilities, strong communication and proofreading skills.
- Position requires individual to possess strong Telephone Data Collection Project Management skills.
- 3 – 5 years Market research experience and knowledge of market research industry.
- College Degree, MR background would be preferred.
Additional Comments:
- This position would ideally be based at our office in Rochester, NY. However, will consider other candidates based upon experience.
