Technical skills required:

(Min) 1 year of experience in managing multiple SQL databases (must have worked on MS-SQL server 2000 or 2005 )
Programming skills (Min) – 1 to 1.5 years of programming on T – SQL

Profile:

Responsible for error free programming including writing complex queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, etc. & timely delivery of the project assigned to him/her
Helping programmers to efficiently utilize the database.
Understand and take requirements / tasks from the client / reporting manager, as applicable.
Responsible for Creating and testing Backups, performance analysis and tuning, and some database design.
Verifying or helping to verify data integrity.
Defining and/or implementing access controls to the data. This involves adding and removing users.
Ensuring maximum uptime.
Create and update the documents of the databases maintained by him/her.
Communicate to the client / his reporting manager about the progress of tasks assigned, as applicable.

Responsibilities

Requirement and Experience:

Work Experience: Overall 3 – 6 years experience in Data Processing (should have worked on Quantum)
Participate in the selection process to ensure the right talent is selected in a timely manner.
Develop, groom, coach team members so that they are able to perform better / as per the business objectives.
Make sure all team members have a clear idea of what is expected of them.
Make sure all team members’ performance is reviewed periodically and clear feedback is provided on a continuous basis.
Respond to and resolve employee grievance in a timely manner.

Job Description:
The primary role is to execute projects / project tasks, following procedures / guidelines, tools / systems to meet / exceed client satisfaction. Meet / exceed relevant business objectives.

Work Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

Proactively monitor and coordinate with service providers to maintain high uptime of all data and voice links
Configure various network devices (Firewalls, LAN, WAN, VPN, Routing etc.) as per the needs and ensuring backups taken of the same
Fair knowledge of Telecom devices(PBX, MUX, IPLC, Endpoints, Call Centre Devices) as per the needs and ensuring backups taken of the same
Escalate support issues appropriately at the right time
Troubleshoot and fix all Network & telecom related issues within target SLA’s
Adhere to 24x7 shifts
Participate in daily health checks and handover of support issues

Requirement and Experience :

Any graduate
Work Experience: Overall 1.5 – 2.5 years of experience

Job Description:
The primary role is to understand the client requirements for analysis and tabulation of the Market Research data using proprietary tools to create tabulation programs, run data cleaning programs and monitor data integrity.

Work Location: Mumbai & Coimbatore

Responsibilities:

Provide all programming and technical services needed in support of online Market Research data analysis.
Interact with clients on project specifications and providing post delivery support
Interact with project managers about the programming and technical requirements of project.

Requirement and Experience :

Work Experience: Overall 2 – 5 year experience in Data Processing (should have worked on Quantum)
Responsible for error free programming & timely delivery of the project assigned to him/her.
Understand and take requirements from the client.
Should be able to take decisions on problems relating to his/her project.
Communicate to the client about the progress of his/her project
Ensure daily updates of the project status of the projects assigned.
Create and update the documents of the project developed by him/her.
