Responsibilities
- Provide all programming and technical services needed in support of online Market Research data analysis.
- Interact with clients on project specifications and providing post delivery support
- Interact with project managers about the programming and technical requirements of project.
Requirement and Experience:
- Work Experience: Overall 2-5 year experience in Data Processing (should have worked on Quantum)
- Responsible for error free programming & timely delivery of the project assigned to him/her.
- Understand and take requirements from the client.
- Should be able to take decisions on problems relating to his/her project.
- Communicate to the client about the progress of his/her project
- Ensure daily updates of the project status of the projects assigned.
- Create and update the documents of the project developed by him/her.

- Follow work allocation schedule and project plan.
- Prioritize project tasks and seek assistance from Supervisor as applicable.
- Review project requirements and execute projects as per requirements following guidelines and deploying the tools/systems as applicable.
- Meet / exceed client requirements.
- Adhere to procedures like communication protocols, operational practices / procedures, Information security practices, attendance procedures, etc.
- Meet / exceed operational targets.
- Help / buddy team members as requested by Supervisor
- Upon request, participate and contribute in review meetings.
- Assist the supervisor in tasks / assignments like developing / executing new procedures / processes, diagnosis of problem / client issues, etc.
