Sunil is one of the co–founders of Ugam Research Solutions, India’s pioneering provider of market research operations solutions to the global market research industry. As Chief Executive Officer, Sunil has overall responsibility for developing, and delivering upon, the long–term vision & strategy for the company. He is actively involved in new business development, key client relationship management, talent management and spearheading Ugam’s globalization initiatives. He brings with him a rich and varied 19 years of experience in Indian and international business. Sunil’s immediate past assignment was establishing Sakura Capital India Limited, a joint venture between his family owned KVS group and The Sakura Bank, Japan. As Head of Corporate Advisory Services, his main responsibility was advising Japanese companies on their entry strategy into India.

Sunil is a graduate from the Pennsylvania State University, where he graduated with distinction with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. He is a charter member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), a member of ESOMAR, and represents Ugam in CASRO, the Indo American Chamber of Commerce, and National Association of Software & Services Companies (NASSCOM).

Based in New York, USA, Madhav is responsible for sales, business development and marketing in Ugam. He brings with him 15 years of experience in Finance and Business Development. Prior to Ugam, he headed the Treasury and Administration functions of Sakura Capital India Limited. He is a partner of the KVS group.

Madhav holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Finance) from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Mihir is a co–founder of Ugam Solutions Pvt. Ltd, India’s pioneering provider of outsourced solutions to the global Market Research Industry. As part of the leadership team, Mihir plays a crucial role in shaping, and executing upon, Ugam’s strategy. As Chief Operating Officer, Mihir is the architect of Ugam’s world–class systems and processes, including the various proprietary tools, software solutions, and workflow management systems at Ugam. He also oversees the day–to–day operations at Ugam’s Indian delivery centers. Immediately before Ugam, Mihir was a strategy consultant with Avalon Consulting, one of India’s leading strategy consulting firms, where he worked on various engagements spanning corporate strategy, performance improvement and ecommerce.

Mihir has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management, Mumbai, and a graduate from Gogte Institute of Technology, Belgaum where he graduated with Bachelors degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. Mihir is an active speaker and has spoken at various domestic and international forums on Market Research and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).

Simon is responsible for the operation of both Mumbai and London based data collection centers, now totaling more than 200 seats, and the International studies conducted from both sites whether CATI, online or mixed mode. Predominantly involved with client company relationships and research study set up, Simon coordinates the most effective use of Ugam’s immense experience and expertise available within the wider organization for project based studies.

Complex multi country studies rely on sound advice at proposal stage and competent set up prior to initiation. Simon is involved in all aspects of this process from first proposal through training, briefing and fieldwork completion. He is a veteran of more than 1,000 challenging International data collection assignments.

Simon has over 18 years of experience in operations management across a range of market research activities. His career has spanned roles at Harris Research, TNS, GfK and Ronin. In his immediate prior position as General Manager of Ronin in London for over 6 years, Simon oversaw the expansion of the International CATI Centre and worked with most of the Top 10 agencies in general B2B sectors and Healthcare. His tenure saw the development of multiple respondent panels, pioneering work in online and mixed mode multi–language studies, as well as the creation of an in house focus group facility.

A graduate of The University of London, Simon is a full member of The MRS and of ESOMAR and a former member of IQCS Council.

Irfan oversees the functions of Finance and Accounts, Legal and Administration at Ugam. He has over 12 years of extensive and diverse experience in the field of Finance and Accounts.

Prior to Joining Ugam in September 2006, Irfan has worked for companies like Monsanto and Hutchison Essar, where he has successfully handled varied assignments of increasing responsibilities in Finance and Accounts, across multiple countries including Singapore and Indonesia.

Irfan is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant from India.

Dharmesh has been with Ugam since inception, handling the operations of Data Processing services and now he heads the Talent Team at Ugam. As Chief Talent Officer, Dharmesh is responsible for all Recruitment, Training and Employee Engagement. He has over 19 years of experience spanning across Engineering, Advertising and Operations careers.

Dharmesh is a Mechanical Engineer from Mumbai with Post Graduation in Marketing & Advertising.

Savino heads the online data collection and data reporting practices at Ugam. Having been with Ugam Solutions since the start of the company, Savino has been responsible for the establishment of Ugam’s online data collection capabilities. With more than 8 years experience in the Market Research industry and having lead a team with thousands of projects under its belt, Savino has the expertise in developing and deploying processes for the successful execution of online data collection projects.

Savino holds a Master of Management Studies from the University of Mumbai.

Nandita is responsible for all strategic operational initiatives within the organization. Apart from this, she also the heads the open ended coding services at Ugam. She has over 8 years of experience. Prior to Ugam, she was with Godrej Consumer Products Ltd., where she was responsible for new product launches under the flagship brand, its advertising and market research.

Nandita holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce and a Post Graduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Mumbai.

Vishal has overall responsibility of the day-to-day management of IT Infrastructure and ISMS at Ugam. He has over 13 years of experience, which includes working with organizations like Travelex, Marico & Tata’s. He has various technical certifications under his belt like ITIL, CCNA, MCSE, MCNE, CNE & CLP.

Vishal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics.
